Spanning the humanities, performing arts and social sciences, CLASS's 47 degree programs offer students a unique learning environment that provides internships, professional development, study abroad and undergraduate research opportunities in every field. Help us support the next generation of Vandals by giving them the experiences and skills needed to turn their passions and interests into a successful, meaningful career.

Give them the world: Support CLASS international experiences

Every CLASS field — from journalism to criminology to languages — offers international experiences for students. Help CLASS make these study abroad and international internship experiences more affordable by giving to the CLASS Study Abroad Scholarship Fund.


Give to the Emergency Fund for CLASS Students

A burned-out computer. Emergency travel to see sick parents. Unexpected medical bills. Rent and utilities. A family funeral. A jaw-splitting toothache.

These are just some of the unexpected situations our students have faced over the past year. An unprecedented number of students have requested material support — considerably more than our current funds can handle. The pandemic has created new challenges and new uncertainties, and our students still need our help because emergencies happen and can derail an education. Consider a generous donation to our Student Emergency Fund. This fund substantially helps our current Vandals in our college in their time of greatest need.


Gifts to the Katherine Aiken CLASS Excellence Fund allow the college to fund learning opportunities that wouldn’t be funded otherwise. This includes:

  • Cost of travel and attendance for students to present their research at conferences
  • Updated learning spaces throughout the 14 buildings CLASS occupies on the Moscow campus
  • Faculty awards to help retain outstanding instructors and researchers
  • Covering gaps in funding of student-led and faculty research projects
  • Bringing guest artists and speakers to campus

Giving to the Katherine Aiken CLASS Excellence Fund is the quickest way to make an immediate and meaningful difference for CLASS students.
