In 2025, the University of Idaho Library is raising funds to enhance our annual awards for exceptional student employees. These students are essential to the Library’s daily operations and recognizing their hard work each year helps make the Library one of the best places on campus for students to work and grow.


Your gift to the Library is a direct investment in the spaces, resources, and services we provide every day. With your support, we enrich the student experience through innovative, flexible learning environments—and now, by celebrating the outstanding contributions of our student workers.
Donating during Vandal Giving Day helps us unlock matching gifts from the Library Advisory Board. These funds will strengthen our ability to build a world-class research library while directly supporting student success—through recognition, opportunity, and continued investment in our students.

We want to give our colleges some Vandal Giving Day love! Enter the Vandal Giving Day College Challenge. The college with the most votes at the Sip Station on Campus earns $250 for their designated fund. Stop by with your family and friends to support your college and the University of Idaho!

Dean of Students Ambassador Challenge
Blaine Eckles, Dean of Students has challenged all staff in Student Affairs to support Vandal Giving Day as Ambassadors. The Ambassador who brings in the most gift will be able to add a $500 bonus to the fund of their choice!

College of Business & Economics is preparing to educate Vandals for the next 100 years! Every gift to the College of Business & Economics Scholarship fund will be matched up to $5,000 thanks to Jim & Tedde Reid!
