Vandal Giving Day 2018

For 1,889 minutes last week, Vandals from nearly every state and across the globe came together to support and celebrate the things we all love about the University of Idaho. Whether you made a gift or shared your love for U of I on social media by becoming an ambassador, the Vandal family made a statement together in raising nearly half a million dollars for our students and programs.  Thank you for the unprecedented generosity shown on Vandal Giving Day.

Hello, Vandals! We have raised over 990 gifts and $250,000 so far! We are blown away by your likes, tags and shares! We wanted to give you a mid-afternoon update going into the final hours! Remember, every gift counts and you can give multiple times to the same or different areas. Every part of the U of I makes it unique and special. 

Here are some areas that you can make an immediate impact in: 

The College of Education, Health and Human Sciences is close to unlocking $10,000 toward its scholarship.

Don't forget about the Reveley Match in support of the McCall Summer Field Camp match for match up to $3,000 to help the College of Natural Resources.

The Sound of Idaho, the best marching band in the nation, has a match up to $5,000 that is still live.

The JAMM Advisory Board Match is matching dollars to the Lab Renovation that they need to improve their space.

There is still almost $8,000 to unlock for the Vandal Scholarship Fund--your dollar doubles each gift!  We've also had an anonymous donor pitch in an additional $7,500 if they can get an additional 50 gifts!

College of Law needs fewer than 25 gifts to unlock an extra $1,000 match from their dean, Mark Adams.
