Homecoming, Alumni & UIRA Programming
Strengthening Lifelong Relationships with Generations of Vandals

When you support alumni programs and the Student Alumni Relations Board (SARB), you are investing in the continued success of the Vandal Family. Your gift to one – or all! – of these funds will enhance programming and engagement opportunities for students and alumni alike.

Homecoming

University of Idaho Homecoming is the largest annual tradition celebrating U of I alumni, students, employees and the Moscow community. This student-run week of festivities is filled with spirited events, opportunities to reconnect with fellow Vandals and showcase your Vandal pride.

But Homecoming doesn't happen without your help. By making a gift to the Homecoming Fund, you can ensure that the brave, bold and time-honored traditions that make U of I Homecoming so great will continue this year and for years to come. Your gift will ensure that alumni, students, employees and community members can come together to celebrate what it means to be part of the Vandal Family.

Make your gift and mark your calendars for Oct. 18-24, 2026 and join us back home in Moscow!

UI Retirees Association

Founded in 1979, the University of Idaho Retirees Association (UIRA) has a membership of nearly 500 from every part of the university — staff, faculty and administration. Membership represents all disciplines and capabilities and provides a means for continued involvement with the programs and advantages of the university. Through events and fundraising the UIRA Scholarship Endowment was formed. For over thirty-five years students have received the UIRA scholarship. Today, three students are selected to receive a $2,000 scholarship each academic year. Help the UIRA Scholarship continue its legacy.

Vandalize the Classroom

This program puts Vandal pride right where it matters most—into classrooms across the country—by providing elementary through high school teachers with Vandal materials to inspire students and showcase the University of Idaho every day. Your gift helps educators create engaging spaces, strengthens our regional and national presence, and connects the next generation to the Vandal story. In the last two years, we've been able to support over 1,400 requests for Vandalize the Classroom materials!
